中国邮箱网讯 3月2日消息 职场人士每天都免不了要收发很多商务信函,尤其许多外企和外贸公司中需要写英语邮件,如果你的英语不是十分的地道,想必一定是一件痛苦的事吧!但是不用担心,下面就为大家盘点了商务信件中那些常常用到的万能句式。


1. 表达收到信件的句式:

We have received your letter of Jan 14, 2019.

We have received your letter dated Jan 14, 2019.

We have received your letter and thank you for your inquiry.

We are pleased to learn from your letter...

From your letter we have learned that...

We are grateful for your inquiry of Jan 14, 2019.

This is to acknowledge your letter of Jan 14, 2019.

2. 表达回信的句式:

We are pleased to respond to your inquiry of Jan 14, 2019.

We are pleased to answer your letter of Jan 14, 2019.

We are writing in response to your letter of Jan 14, 2019.

We are writing with reference to your letter of Jan 14, 2019.

This refers to your letter of Jan 14, 2019.

This is in response to your letter of Jan 14, 2019.


3. 承接他人来信,表达“从来信中得知……”

We are happy to learn from your letter that...

From your letter we have learned that...

We regret to learn from your letter that...

We are really sorry to learn from your letter that...

4. 告知别人某件事常用句式:

We are pleased to inform you that...

We are excited to inform you that...

We are happy to inform you that...

We would like to inform you that...

We take pleasure in informing you of...

We take pleasure in informing you that...

We regret to inform you that...

We are sorry to inform you that...

Please be advised that...


5. 很多时候我们在邮件中会插入附件,需要让收件人注意到附件时,我们就需要用到下面的句式:

6. 因为许多上班族每天都会处理许多邮件,所以不免会错过一些重要邮件,最终导致回复迟了,为表歉意我们会在邮件一开始写上这些话:
