中国邮箱网讯 2月22日消息 写英文邮件有很多讲究。同学们可以通过邮件沟通,让教授对自己建立良好的印象。这样有益于在申请研究生时要到高质量的推荐信。而由于疫情,大部分学校采用Zoom网课模式授课,那更免不了给教授写邮件了。

今天就要分享一些正规的邮件书写格式,希望可以帮助大家更好地与教授沟通。一封正规、礼貌的邮件,在国外真的太重要了!

1. 邮件主题

主题(Subject)要点名邮件的中心目的,几个单词简要描述,让收件人一眼知晓意图即可。

话术总结:

【问题】Questions Regarding.../An Enquiry About...

【招呼】Greetings From.../Hi From...

【更新】Update on & to .../ Follow-upon.../Progress on...

【提醒】Reminder: .../Please Read: ...

2. 称呼

写邮件之前务必确认好收件人的称呼和名字,如果称呼和名字都没写对,会给对方留下非常不好的初印象。

Dear Prof. & Dr. & Mr. & ms. & Mrs. + last name

3. 开场白

开场白的使用是为了避免邮件过分直接和尴尬,同时也能让收件人感受到寄件人的友好和礼貌。

【自己主动发邮件】Hope you're doing well/Hope things are all going well with you

4. 正文

正文言简意赅,准确表达自己的意向即可。

5. 结束语

期待回信,表示感谢。

6. 落款

落款是一封邮件不可缺少的部分,一般与结束语隔一行书写。
